Alden’s dedicated servicing and maintenance department provides full coverage for both planned and reactive maintenance, helping you to keep your essential systems operating safely and efficiently all year round. With a team of fully qualified, Gas Safe- and OFTEC-registered engineers, we deliver expert ongoing and emergency support across heating, ventilation, plumbing and mechanical systems.
From first call to follow-up, you’ll always deal with someone who knows your system, your contract, and your priorities. Our highly qualified and experienced in-house team is always on hand, and we also manage an extended network of trusted specialists to support us in delivering the best possible service for complex requirements like water treatment, water hygiene, building management systems, air conditioning and refrigeration.
Planned preventative maintenance and servicing
Our ongoing service and maintenance agreements are designed to catch small issues before they become costly problems. Regular inspections and system checks help to extend equipment lifespan, reduce energy consumption, and keep your building compliant with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Each contract is delivered in accordance with BESA guidelines and built around the specific needs of the client and their premises, with maintenance schedules agreed in advance to minimise disruption. All servicing is carried out by our directly employed, qualified engineers, who have the expertise to ensure that your systems remain efficient, reliable and fully certified.


Emergency call-outs, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Should something go wrong, our emergency call-out service provides dependable cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Every service contract includes this out-of-hours response as standard, so you’re never left without support.
During standard office hours, your call will be answered by a real person with technical knowledge, often a senior member of our service department who can offer immediate advice and, if needed, arrange for an engineer to attend. Out-of-hours call-outs are handled by our own qualified engineers, giving you the reassurance that help will be fast, effective and fully compliant from the moment it arrives.
