Project overview
A major extension to the existing leisure facility which included a new 25m competition pool, children’s pool, changing facilities and remodelled reception area.
All new mechanical plant was installed including two pool air handling units, changing room air handling unit gas fired boilers, biomass boiler, Combined heat and Power unit providing the heat source for the pool air handling units, changing room air handling and the domestic hot water primary supply.
New Domestic hot and cold-water services fed all the sanitary ware through the changing village including the supply and installation of all sanitary ware.
New BMS systems were installed integration with the existing Trend system.
