Park Place is a historic Grade II Listed Country House. The House comprises of five floors and a bell tower.
The works consisted of a complete refurbishment of all MEP Services throughout.
The house and gardens were sold after completion in 2012 for £140M making it the most expensive house sold in the United Kingdom at that time.
