Project overview
The project entailed the refurbishment of the entire hotel, new gas fired boiler plant was installed serving traditional style radiators throughout the hotel reflecting the hotels period charm.
Upgrades in domestic hot and cold-water plant, new constant volume extract ventilation from the ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning to the bedrooms and basement bar plus smoke ventilation to the escape corridors completed this sympathetic refurbishment.
